The Winning Combination: Franchisee Support & Customer Value
Franchisee training
At Buffalo Wings & Rings, we believe the foundation of success begins with thorough training. We also believe the most effective training combines on the job field experiences with classroom instruction that covers all aspects of managing and growing the business. Each Buffalo Wings & Rings franchisee is provided this extensive training at our corporate headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Our five week comprehensive training program begins with an overview of the BWR operation and provide you with the information and tools to run it successfully. You will also be certified in Food Safety and Alcohol Safety through the nationally recognized NRAEF ServSafe Programs.
The second stage of training includes position training which gives you the opportunity to learn hands-on each position so you will be better prepared to coach and train your own team members as they perform these tasks. You will also have the opportunity to "manage" hands on in our corporate training location. Here is your chance to put it all together and experience firsthand the running of a BWR location using our proven systems and tools while successfully leading the customer experience, coaching the team and controlling costs all under the helpful guidance of our experienced trainers.
Our training support continues after completion of construction, as our training team arrives at your restaurant to conduct one week of initial training for your new team members. Once open, our trainers will continue to support you and your team through the first two weeks your operation is open assisting you in laying the foundation of a successful Buffalo Wings & Rings.
