Franchisee Training
At Buffalo Wings & Rings, we believe nothing guarantees success more than thorough training. We also believe the most effective training is combining actual on the job experiences with classroom instruction on all aspects of managing and controlling the business. Each Buffalo Wings & Rings franchisee is provided extensive training at our corporate headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Our six week training program begins with an overview of all functions of the Buffalo Wings & Rings Restaurant. That means washing dishes to running profit & loss statements. Every restaurant task is taught and understood.
The second stage of training involves perfecting skills in each area of the restaurant. The franchisee will be trained and tested in all aspects of the business including the following:
Hiring and training, managing staff, operating the point of sale system, cash control procedures, customer service, daily unit responsibilities, recipes, cooking procedures, food presentation standards, product and supply ordering, rotation, sanitation, inventory control systems, management reporting procedures, security, marketing / promotions and finance.
Finally, we will come to your location to assist you with your opening. While we are there we will fully train your initial crew and provide support to you during the first weeks of operation.
We have heard that our training is tiring and stressful, but we have also heard that it is lots of fun (that's a requirement) and a huge asset to all who have experienced it.
